Suggested ways to get involved:

Participate in the HL7 group on RDF for Semantic Interoperability, which is a subgroup of the HL7 ITS work group and a collaboration with the W3C Healthcare and Life Sciences group on Clinical Observations Interoperability.
Participate in the W3C Semantic Web Health Care and Life Sciences Interest Group (HCLS IG).
Review and contribute to the Yosemite Project: A Roadmap for Healthcare Information Interoperability.
